Shipping costs

For orders over $150.00 we offer FREE Australia-wide standard shipping.
For orders under $150.00 we charge a $10.90 flat rate for standard shipping Australia-wide.
All orders are sent with Australia Post.

Returns policy

Change of mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 10 days of purchase. To quality for a refund item must be unused and intact in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on mats, bolsters or mediation cushions that have been used.

For change of mind Seek Solitude will not cover the cost of return shipping. To arrange for your return, please contact us at info@seeksolitude.com.au.

Specific information for yoga mats: To qualify for a refund, mats cannot have been opened, unravelled or out of their original packaging.

Faulty items

In the unfortunate event of any product faults or defects upon receiving your order, we will fully refund you within 10 days of purchase.

Redelivery policy

Seek Solitude is not responsible for any items that are returned to sender. It is important that your correct address is given when placing your order and that you track your delivery to ensure it is not missed.

A redelivery fee will be charged inline with Australia Post pricing based on the size and weight of your items. Please contact us at info@seeksolitude.com.au to arrange for redelivery.

Lost parcel policy

Seek Solitude is not responsible for missing packages due to an incorrect address or having been left unattended. Though we will pursue this issue with Australia Post and help where we can, Seek Solitude does not offer refunds for lost parcels where the customer is at fault.

We dispatch all items within 48 business hours from order.
Standard post should be received within 5-7 business days.

*Lead times are in line with Australia Post recommendations and may vary based on shipping location. Seek Solitude is not responsible for any delays incurred on behalf of Australia Post however we will do our best to ensure your items are received as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed and picked up for delivery you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Australia Post is phasing out their card system. It is important that you track your order at Australia Post or via the Australia Post app to ensure your item is received or picked up from the post office.

Click and Collect is available from our warehouse at Factory 4/14 Suffolk St, Capel Sound, 3940. Please note pick ups are only available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during business hours and all pick ups must be arranged before hand.
