For orders over $150.00 we offer FREE Australia-wide standard shipping.

For orders under $150 we charge a $10.90 flat rate for standard shipping Australia-wide.

Do you accept returns? Do you accept returns?

For change of mind — We accept returns for change of mind within 10 days of purchase. To quality for a refund item must be unused and intact in original packaging. Seek Solitude will not cover the cost of return shipping. To arrange for your return, please contact us at info@seeksolitude.com.au.

Specific information for yoga mats — To qualify for a refund, mats cannot have been opened, unravelled or out of their original packaging.

For faulty items — In the unfortunate event of any product faults or defects upon receiving your order, we will fully refund you within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@seeksolitude.com.au for next steps.

We only ship Australia-wide.

How do I track my order? How do I track my order?

Once your order has been packed and picked up for delivery you will receive an email with your Australia Post or courier tracking number. This email will direct you to their respective website to track your item.

Please contact us immediately at info@seeksolitude.com.au to request a change to your order. We cannot guarantee changes, but will try our hardest depending on the status of your order.

Click and Collect is available from our warehouse at Factory 4/14 Suffolk St, Capel Sound, 3940. Please note pick ups are only available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during business hours and all pick ups must be arranged before hand.

We are excited to work with retail stockists, as well as yoga, pilates and meditation studios across Australia. We also offer wholesale packages for events. Enquire via our Wholesale Application page.
