- For orders under $150.00 we charge a $10.90 flat rate for standard shipping Australia-wide.

- For change of mind — We accept returns for change of mind within 10 days of purchase. To quality for a refund item must be unused and intact in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on mats, bolsters or mediation cushions that have been used.
- Seek Solitude will not cover the cost of return shipping. To arrange for your return, please email us.
- Specific information for yoga mats — To qualify for a refund, mats cannot have been opened, unravelled or out of their original packaging.
- For faulty items — In the unfortunate event of any product faults or defects upon receiving your order, we will fully refund you within 10 days of purchase. Please email us as soon as possible for next steps.
